Booking
After you request a booking we will make sure the property is available for the dates you have chosen.
Once we confirm your dates are available we require a £500 (per week of stay) deposit to secure your booking.
Payment can made securely over the internet using a credit, debit card or bank transfer.
In conclusion, details of how to pay will be emailed to you.

Occasionally we offer discounts at certain times of the year and the rates quoted on our availability page will include any discount currently on offer. Similarly, all our prices and availability are updated in real time therefore if your dates are available we would urge you to book online to secure your dates. Do you charge a card supplement for paying by debit or credt cards?
No and we can accept payment via card, paypal, cheque or bank transfer

How much do I need to pay to secure the booking?
Initially a non refundable deposit of £500 to secure your booking. If your stay is less than 1 month away then we require the full payment.

When do I need to pay the balance for our holiday?
We require the balance payment 30 days before your arrival

Is it secure to book online?
Yes our online payments are all handled by Holiday Rent Payment powered by Yapstone, and they hold level one PCI which is the highest information security standard level set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Do you accept dogs?
Please check before booking, if accepted, a £25 per dog per week is charged. Cedar Lodge is a PET FREE property so we cannot accept any pets here.

Do you include any form of travel insurance at the time of booking?
Yes, we will automatically quote you for this cover from Booking Protect and we would highly recommend you take some for of cover.

Is all bed linen and towels included?
Yes all bed linen and towels provided for the number of guests – we do not provide towels for beach use and would request you bring your own towels for beach use.

Do you charge a booking fee?
No, there are no booking fees to pay, the price quoted is what you pay. Remember you are booking direct with the Holiday home owners, so no booking fees are ever charged. There is an additional dog charge at Manor Farmhouse and Looe Island View.
