This particular property (Cedar Lodge) exceeded all expectations by a long shot , we have been coming to St Ives for several years stopping in various houses/cottages and this property was by far the best yet , admittedly slightly more expensive than our usual properties but certainly worth every penny

What a view! Spent every evening on the terrace until the sun went down. Fantastic location. The house (Looe Island View) ticks all the boxes. Beautiful house, perfect family holiday. Great pub on the beach. Kids loved both Downderry and Seaton beaches. We'll be back

I stayed here (Manor Farmhouse) with my family in-law in December for a special birthday weekend. Let me just say the pictures although fantastic do not do the place justice, it's truly a stunning house with equally stunning out buildings. ..I cannot stress how lovely this place is and we'd love to go back one day, maybe in the summer months to take advantage of their beautiful gardens, pool and BBQ area's, I'd recommend it to everyone....

This group of, Farmhouse, Barn and Stables (Manor Farmhouse) is absolutely ideal for a large family gathering. We were grandparents, 4 children and 6 grandchildren and a dog. We all enjoyed the wonderful gardens and spacious houses. We all had comfortable bedrooms and our own bathrooms. There were so many places to be on your own but equally room for us all to eat together inside and out. The kitchens were exceptionally well equipped for us to self-cater throughout the week, Including a BBQ. Of course the lovely heated outdoor pool was the focus of the holiday, especially for the children. The snooker table was also a great delight to one and all. The younger children had great fun in the large sand box and making dens with wood from the pile. A very memorable holiday. Thank you.

This is a lovely house (Cedar Lodge) with great amenities and outstanding views over the sea. The house is not isolated - there are neighbours close by either side, but this was not a problem. Great location - beaches, shops and restaurants are close by. Very comfortable beds and the house is well kitted out throughout - first house we've rented with comfortable beds!

Lovely holiday spent with family, beautiful house very well equipped. Pub and restaurant close by very nice, shop is well stocked and all of which adhering to guidelines impeccably. Lovely week in Downderry.
